Shipping and returns

Here you will find the shipping rules, the right of withdrawal with its instructions and the model form, and a reference to the legal guarantee.
Shipping
We ship from Rimini, Italy, to Italy and the other countries of the European Union.
Courier, cost and delivery times are shown at checkout before you pay, and the order confirmation repeats them.
Delivery takes place within 30 days of the order, unless a different time is shown at checkout.
Right of withdrawal
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which the customer, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by the customer, receives the products.
If an order arrives in several parcels, the 14 days start from the day the last one is received.

To withdraw online, use the Withdraw from the contract here function: once you send it, an acknowledgement of receipt of your withdrawal arrives by email.
To meet the deadline, send your communication of withdrawal before the 14 days have expired.
Effects of withdrawal
After withdrawal we reimburse all payments received for the order, including the costs of delivery, without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of the day on which we receive the communication of withdrawal.
We do not reimburse the supplementary costs of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer, if the customer chose it.
The reimbursement is made using the same means of payment used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed with the customer, and it costs the customer nothing.
We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the products back or until the customer has supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is the earliest.
Returning the products
Send back the products, or hand them over, to SHUNGITE M.A.Y.A. di Cucciarré Marco, Via Belgio 10/C, 47921 Rimini (RN), without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of the communication of withdrawal.
The deadline is met if the products are sent back before the 14 days have expired.
The customer bears the direct cost of returning the products.
The customer is only liable for any diminished value of the products resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Legal guarantee
The legal guarantee of conformity lasts 2 years from delivery and also applies after the 14-day withdrawal period.
